Tibbiyah’s unit seals SAR 36.5m agreement with NUPCO

Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Faisaliah Medical Systems Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company (Tibbiyah), signed a SAR 36.44 million deal with National United Procurement Company (NUPCO).

The contract covers the provision, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of medical devices for 131 days, according to a bourse disclosure.

Tibbiyah indicated that the agreement will reflect on its financial results starting from the second half (H2) of 2022.

It is worth noting that the awarding and signing dates of the contract were on 15 September and 20 December 2022, respectively.

Earlier, the listed firm’s unit International Medical Supplies Company (Premma Health) inked an agreement with NUPCO at a value of SAR 74.67 million.
