Tibbiyah’s unit pens over SAR 74.5m deal with NUPCO

Riyadh – Mubasher: International Medical Supplies Company (Premma Health), a subsidiary of Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company (Tibbiyah), inked a SAR 74.67 million contract with National United Procurement Company (NUPCO).

Under the 915-day agreement, Premma Health will provide government institutes with the medical consumables that are required for orthopedics and spine, according to a bourse filing.

The awarding and signing dates of the contract were on 17 July and 18 December 2022, respectively. 

Tibbiyah pointed out that the deal will reflect on its income statements starting from the second half (H2) of 2022.

Last August, the Tadawul-listed company acquired a 51% stake in Innovative Care Company in exchange for up to SAR 213.50 million.
