Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market’s (DFM) general index rose on Wednesday, pushed up by the real estate, transportation, and banks sectors.
The DFM’s trading volume reached 61.57 million shares, while the market’s liquidity hit AED 110.611 million.
The real estate sector gained 0.64%, as Emaar Properties grew 1.42%, while the transportation sector went up 0.85% after Air Arabia increased by 1.98%.
The banks sector levelled up 0.56%, as Emirates NBD added 1.08%.
The telecommunication sector and its only stock, du, rose 0.2% each.
On the other hand, the services sector lost 0.93%.
