Riyadh - Mubasher: Altharwah Albashariyyah Company (Tharwah) announced the commencement of electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting (OGM).
Eligible shareholders can cast their votes remotely through the Tadawulaty platform ahead of the meeting scheduled for 25 June 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The e-voting began at 1:00 a.m. on 21 June 2026 and will remain available until the conclusion of the assembly meeting.
Tharwah urged shareholders registered with Tadawulaty to participate in the voting process, noting that registration and voting services are available free of charge through the platform.
In January 2026, Tharwah restructured its branch, Altharwah Albashariyyah by converting it into a wholly owned limited liability subsidiary under the name Tharwah Consulting.
