Cairo - Mubasher: Telecom Egypt registered higher consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 22.57 billion in 2025, compared with EGP 10.11 billion in 2024.
The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) grew to EGP 11.93 as of 31 December 2025 from EGP 4.79 a year earlier, according to the financial results.
Consolidated operating revenues stood at EGP 106.67 billion in 2025, marking an annual surge from EGP 81.67 billion.
Furthermore, the total assets jumped year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 225.88 billion at the end of 2025 when compared with EGP 197.95 billion.
Standalone Results
The EGX-listed company generated EGP 5.72 billion in non-consolidated net profits after tax during 2025, which signaled a YoY hike from EGP 2.78 billion.
Operating revenues jumped to EGP 75.54 billion in the January-December 2025 period from EGP 60.67 billion in the previous year. Meanwhile, the basic and diluted EPS climbed to EGP 2.63 from EGP 0.96.
Non-consolidated total assets reached EGP 193.50 billion in 2025, higher YoY than EGP 175.63 billion.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Telecom Egypt posted consolidated net profits after tax valued at EGP 16.98 billion, up YoY from EGP 8.64 billion.
