Tasheel’s preliminary profits up 5% in H1-26

Riyadh - Mubasher: United International Holding Company (Tasheel) reported a preliminary net profit of SAR 112.61 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, representing a 4.81% decrease from SAR 118.30 million in the same period last year.

The company attributed the decline to a slowdown in finance portfolio growth amid market conditions and ongoing investments in operational infrastructure to support long-term strategy.

Total revenue for the half-year period rose by 11.76% to SAR 410.24 million, up from SAR 367.06 million a year earlier. This growth was supported by the finance portfolio, which reached SAR 3.20 billion, a 13.60% increase year-on-year (YoY).

However, operating profit for the six-month period fell by 4.18% to SAR 126.67 million.

For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 48.22 million, down 20.28% when compared to SAR 60.49 million in the prior-year quarter.

Quarterly revenue stood at SAR 204.98 million, up 6.54% from SAR 192.40 million.

Earnings per share for the half-year period were SAR 1.56, compared to SAR 1.64 in the previous year, following a capital increase approved on 10 May 2026. Total shareholders' equity rose by 22.63% to SAR 1.50 billion.

In 2025, Tasheel logged net profits valued at SAR 273.64 million, an annual rise of 23.05% from SAR 222.38 million.
