Mubasher: Tamdeen Real Estate has signed an agreement with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a US multinational hospitality company that manages and franchises luxury hotels, resorts, and vacation properties.
Under this deal, the US company will manage Hyatt Regency Kuwait hotel, which is expected to be opened in January 2019, according to a recent statement.
This step is expected to boost “Hyatt Regency” franchise in Kuwait, in addition to enhancing the company’s expansion in the Middle East.
Tamdeen Real Estate added that this is the second agreement with the US corporation, following the Grand Hyatt Hotel Kuwait hotel, which is set to launch by 2020.
