Taleem REIT’s total asset value hits SAR 1bn in Q2-26

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital has released the quarterly statement for Taleem REIT for the period ending 30 June 2026.

The fund reported a total asset value of SAR 1.08 billion based on the latest valuation, with net asset value (NAV) for the units standing at SAR 776.46 million.

The fund’s portfolio consists of seven educational real estate assets across Saudi Arabia, including Tarbya Islamia Schools and Al Rowad International Schools, maintaining a 100% occupancy rate.

Financial disclosures show a quarterly rental income yield of 3.27% based on the unit closing price of SAR 10.76. The NAV per unit was recorded at SAR 14.99 according to the latest valuation.

Total debt reached 27.62% of total asset value, with a debt exposure duration of 2.59 years and maturity scheduled for January 2029.

Total annual expenses and fees amounted to SAR 14.40 million, representing 2.67% of total assets. The fund manager confirmed the update of terms and conditions effective 25 April 2026, which included changes to the auditor, management fees, and the legal name of the custodian.

Taleem REIT previously distributed SAR 9.18 million in dividends on 26 April 2026, at SAR 0.18 per unit.
