Riyadh – Mubasher: Taiba Investments Company will distribute exceptional cash dividends totalling SAR 641.82 million for the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The company will pay SAR 4 per share, representing 40% of the share’s par value, for 160.45 million eligible shares.
The decision of paying exceptional cash dividends for Q3-21 has been taken based on what was achieved as a result of selling part of the shares owned by Taiba Investments in SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company.
The eligibility date has been set as 21 November, while the distribution date will be announced later.
