Taiba Investments receives SAR 6.6m tax invoice for Riyadh property

Riyadh - Mubasher: Taiba Investments Company announced on Sunday that it received an invoice for white land taxes in Riyadh totaling SAR 6.67 million, according to a bourse discourse.

The invoice, which the company received on 9 July 2026, follows a previous disclosure made on 8 January 2026 regarding developments related to the tax program.

The company stated it will handle the invoice in accordance with official regulations and procedures. Taiba Investments is currently conducting studies to determine the optimal use of the land to serve the interests of the company and its shareholders.

The financial impact of the tax will be recorded in the company’s financial statements according to approved accounting standards.

The white land tax is a regulatory measure in Saudi Arabia designed to encourage the development of vacant urban plots to increase housing supply and balance the real estate market.

In June, the listed company completed the deposit of proceeds from the sale of fractional shares resulting from its capital increase into eligible shareholders’ accounts.
