Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has suspended trading on the shares of Alujain Corp and National Agricultural Marketing Company (Thimar) on the back of not announcing their financial results for the third quarter of 2019.
Both shares will be halted on Tuesday, 12 November, to be resumed again on Wednesday, 13 November, according to Tadawul’s statement on Tuesday.
Both companies are required to disclose their financial statements for Q3-19 on Tuesday, 12 December.
In case of not announcing the financials, both shares will be suspended again from Wednesday, 11 December, until announcing the financial results.
