Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the suspension of trading on the shares of Armah Sports Company effective from 25 August 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The suspension is scheduled to last for a period not exceeding five trading sessions to facilitate the company's transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market.
This regulatory step follows an earlier approval granted on 9 August 2026 regarding the company's application for a listing transfer and the subsequent publication of its transition document.
Armah Sports is currently finalizing the administrative requirements necessary to join the primary exchange.
Tadawul stated it will announce the official date for the commencement of trading and the listing of the company's shares on the Main Market immediately upon the completion of all transition procedures.
This move marks a significant shift for the issuer as it moves to a more liquid trading environment following its initial period on the secondary market.
