Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) recorded gains by the end of Wednesday’s trading, for the third consecutive session.
The main index TASI rose by 0.24% or 14.99 points and closed at 6,208.65 points.
Traded volumes amounted to 330.44 million shares, with a turnover of SAR 6.68 billion, and 297,346 transactions.
The banks sector rose by 0.55%, while the materials and energy indices added 0.27% and 0.19%, respectively.
On the other hand, the telecom sector lost 0.40%.
Al Alamiya was the top rising stock, surging by 10%, while SACO was the biggest loser and dropped 7.15%.
Al Rajhi registered the highest turnover at SAR 908.04 million, while Alinma was the most actively traded stock with 35 million shares.
The Nomu-Parallel Market declined by 8.15% to the level of 5,028.32 points.
