Tadawul lifts trading suspension on Amwaj International following recent disclosure

Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the lifting of the trading suspension on the shares of Amwaj International Company.

Effective 29 July 2026, the decision follows the company’s disclosure of its delayed financial results, according to an official statement.

The stock had been suspended from trading since 30 April 2026, after Amwaj International failed to publish its annual financial statements for the period ended on 31 December 2025 within the mandatory regulatory timeframe.

On 28 July 2026, the company successfully filed the required financial reports, addressing the compliance breach that led to the initial halt.

Tadawul stated that the resumption of trading is based on the powers granted to the exchange under the Listing Rules.

Investors will be able to trade the company's shares during the regular session starting 29 July 2026, marking the end of a suspension period that lasted nearly three months.

This move restores the company's compliance status regarding periodic financial reporting obligations required for listed entities on the Saudi market.
