Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) recorded five negotiated deals on 22 July 2026, with a combined value of SAR 32.57 million.
The transactions involved the transfer of 1.17 million shares through private agreements between buyers and sellers, separate from the standard market auction process.
Three listed entities recorded the five transactions, with the Saudi National Bank (SNB) accounting for the highest single deal value during the session at SAR 12.89 million.
Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco), meanwhile, acquired the largest combined transactions value at SAR 13.29 million through two negotiated deals
Taiba Investments Company also witnessed two special deals, with the larger of which involved 184,800 shares for a value of SAR 3.37 million, while the second transaction saw 165,200 shares change hands for 3,019,856 SAR.
Negotiated deals are trades executed by investors when a buyer and seller agree on the price and quantity of a specific security in accordance with the controls set by Tadawul and the Capital Market Authority.
These transactions do not affect the closing price, the highest or lowest price, or the opening price of the stock, and they are not reflected in the calculation of market indices.
