Riyadh — Mubasher: Naseej International Trading Company has had its daily price fluctuation limits calculated based on a reference price of SAR 16.24 for the trading session on 27 August 2026, according to a disclosure by the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
The price adjustment follows the company’s Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (EGM) held on 26 August 2026, during which shareholders approved a capital increase through a rights issue.
As a result of this corporate action, the exchange announced that all existing orders for the company’s shares have been canceled.
The disclosure further specified that the priority rights will be deposited into the portfolios of eligible shareholders on 31 August 2026.
This capital restructuring is intended to strengthen the company's financial position through the issuance of new shares to existing investors.
The stock will continue to trade under the new adjusted price as the market incorporates the impact of the approved capital hike.
