Dubai – Mubasher: Tabarak Investment announced on Monday purchasing 32.92% of Gulf Navigation Holding's stocks, according to the company's statement.
Gulf Navigation Holding's capital totals AED 551.67 million, distributed over 551.67 million shares, with a par value of AED 1 per share.
The deal was done through Block Trade mechanism, so as the deal to be implemented after two weeks from the bourse filing, on a maximum date of 30 April, 2017.
The navigation company's stock shed 0.75% to AED 1.33 on Monday.
