TASI starts week higher, NomuC falls

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Sunday higher by 82.29 points (0.73%) at 11,352.86 points.

The trading value reached SAR 6.03 billion after exchanging 169.4 million shares, compared to SAR 4.94 billion and 140.8 million shares a session ago.

The materials segment topped the gainers with 2.54%, while the diversified financial sector led the decliners with 1.24%.

Najran Cement topped the risers with 7.4%, while Kingdom Holding led the fallers with 3.87%.

Tasnee was the most active stock on which 13.39 million shares were traded, while SABIC recorded the highest turnover of SAR 350.75 million.

Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) meanwhile fell by 195.17 points (0.87%) to 24,944.19 points.

National Gas Distribution headed the risers with 20.83%, while National Fertilizer was the top faller with 3.36%.
