TASI rises on Monday; NomuC falls

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Monday higher by 16.23 points (0.14%) at 11,369.09 points.

The trading value totalled SAR 8.11 billion through the exchange of 238.15 million shares, compared to SAR 6.03 billion and 169.4 million shares on Sunday.

The materials segment topped the gainers with 2.12%, while the pharma sector led the decliners with 1.96%.

SABIC Agri-Nutrients advanced the risers with 6.66%, while Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker led the fallers with 4.3%.

Saudi Kayan recorded the highest trading value and volume of SAR 726.43 million and 35.28 million shares, respectively.

Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) meanwhile plunged by 1,02.82 points (4.09%) to 23,923.37 points.

Development Works Food led the fallers with 17.78%, while both Natural Gas Distribution as well as Sumou Real Estate were the only risers with 20.96% and 0.48%, respectively.
