Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Wednesday with a positive performance after its main Tadawul All Share Index jumped 41 points, or 0.54%, reaching 7,684.37 points.
By 10:30 am Saudi time, TASI’s traded volume reached 14 million shares, through 10,570 transactions, with a liquidity of SAR 292.2 million.
The retailing, media, materials, banks, and telecommunication services sectors levelled up 1.28%, 1.18%, 0.71%, 0.49%, and 0.34%, respectively.
On the other hand, the consumer services sector fell 0.71%, while pharmaceuticals inched down 0.16%.
Wafrah for Industry and Development’s stock led gainers with 9.97%, whereas Al Tayyar Travel Group’s stock was the worst performer after falling 1.48%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained unchanged at 2,550.89 points.
