TASI ends week lower; NomuC rises

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Thursday at 11,201.64 points after losing 143.3 points or 1.26%.

The turnover stood at SAR 6.85 billion after trading 196.93 million shares, compared to SAR 5.45 billion and 143.8 million shares on Wednesday.

The majority of the sectors declined, led by the telecom which fell by 2.42%. There were three gainers topped by the pharma segment which added 0.97%.

Zamil Industrial Investment was the top faller with 4.87%, while Malath Insurance led the risers with 3.19%.

Al Rajhi Bank posted the highest trading value of SAR 410.66 million, while Dar Alarkan real Estate was the most active stock on which 14.19 million shares were exchanged.

On the other hand, Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) gained 14.99 points or 0.06% to close at 24,931.18 points.

Banan Real Estate topped three risers with 1.52%, while Watani Steel led the fallers with 2.36%.
