Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Sunday in decline after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell 23.07 points, or 0.3%, to 7,567.58 points.
By 10:41 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume reached 12.92 million shares exchanged through 12,390 transactions, with a turnover of SAR 269.94 million.
The food and staples retailing sector dropped 0.87%, followed by the media and materials sectors with 0.5% for each.
On the other hand, the transportation sector rose 0.37%, while the real estate investment traded funds (REITs) sector increased by 0.3%.
Tabuk Cement’s stock led losers with 2.2%, whereas Saudi Real Estate’s (Al Akaria) stock levelled up 3.8%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, went up 0.81 points, or 0.03%, to 2,592.95 points.
Abdullah Saad Mohamed Abo Moati for Bookstores Company’s gained 0.05%.
