TASI closes Wednesday’s session higher; NomuC falls

Riyadh – Mubasher: The main market’s All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) rose by 145.63 points (1.17%) on Wednesday, closing at 12,622.22 points.

A total of 279.11 million shares were exchanged at a value of SAR 8.30 billion.

The materials segment topped the gainers with 2.64%, whereas the food and beverages sector led the decliners with 1.62%.

Salama Cooperative Insurance Company headed the risers with 6.61%, while Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Company (Cenomi Retail) was the top faller with 8.40%.

Tourism Enterprise Company (Shams) acquired the biggest trading volume with 29.20 million shares.

Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) generated the highest turnover of SAR 683.85 million.  

Meanwhile, the Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) fell by 82.19 points (0.31%) to 26,062.68 points.

Almujtama Alraida Medical Company was the top riser with 9.56%, while National Building and Marketing Company led the fallers with 9.35%.
