Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) lost 47.89 points or 0.42% to close at 11,344.94 points on Wednesday.
The turnover reached SAR 5.45 billion after trading 143.8 million shares, lower than SAR 6.29 billion and 167.29 million shares a day earlier.
The software and services sector led five gainers with 0.86%, while the majority of the segments declined with the pharma topping them with 1.72%.
United Cooperative Assurance advanced the risers with 6.3.33%, while Gulf Union Alahlia led the fallers with 6.62%.
Saudi Basic Industries (SABIC) recorded the highest trading value of SAR 353.31 million, while Saudi Public Transport (SAPTCO) was the most active stock on which 5.78 million shares were exchanged.
Similarly, Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) lost 2.32 points or 0.01% to close at 24,916.19 points.
Sumou Real Estate was the top faller with 3.3%, while Banan Real Estate topped the risers with 18.7%.
