TAQA Saudi Arabia pacts with Egypt’s Petrojet to explore oilfield projects

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: TAQA Saudi Arabia, the leading well solutions provider in the energy industry, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Egyptian regional engineering-procurement-construction (EPC) contractor, Petrojet, to explore integrated oilfield projects, a recent statement announced.

The MoU was inked by Amir Nessim, Executive Vice President of Well Solutions of TAQA, and Waleed Lotfy, Managing Director of Petrojet.

As per the agreement, both parties will establish a strategic alliance to explore integrated oilfield projects in the Middle East and Africa.

This MoU will be followed by a series of cooperation agreements between TAQA and Petrojet.

It is worth noting that the agreement was concluded during the visit of Majid Al-Qasabi, Saudi Minister of Commerce, to Egypt.
