Riyadh — Mubasher: Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (TADCO) has inked a contract with Saad Ashwi Al Sharari Contracting Establishment for the sale of its standing spring onion crop at the company’s farm in the Tabuk region.
The approximate value of the agreement, signed on 14 September, is SAR 8 million.
Under the terms of the contract, the company will sell the 2026 season crop at a fixed price per ton, excluding value-added tax.
The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with harvesting, packaging, transportation, and labor. The buyer must also pay for the full quantity loaded on each truck before it leaves the company premises.
The contract duration is 30 days starting from the date the harvesting site is handed over and the cash guarantee is received.
TADCO expects the financial impact of this sale to be reflected in its revenues and financial results during the third quarter (Q3) as well as Q4 of 2026.
Final settlement will be determined based on the actual quantities harvested and weighed. The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
