Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Sure Global Tech Company agreed on 17 February 2026 to establish a wholly owned limited liability company.
The Riyadh-based unit will focus on AI solutions, big data analytics, intelligent systems, and other emerging technologies, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, it will operate after obtaining the necessary licenses and regulatory approvals.
This move supports the company’s strategy to expand in high-potential tech sectors, boost AI and digital transformation investments, and diversify revenue for sustainable growth.
