Cairo – Mubasher: The net profits after tax of Alexandria Spinning and Weaving Company (Spinalex) hit EGP 59,316 in the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal year (FY) 2025/2026.
The reported earnings were compared with EGP 26.82 million in Q1-24/25, according to the financial results.
Likewise, the revenues declined to EGP 159.59 million at the end of September 2025 from EGP 184.88 million in the year-ago period.
In the 12-month period that ended on 30 June 2025, Spinalex turned to net losses after tax of EGP 13.61 million, against net profits of EGP 115.23 million in FY23/24.
