Riyadh - Mubasher: Southern Province Cement Company shifted to SAR 49 million in net losses attributable to the shareholders during 2025, against net profits of SAR 193 million in 2024.
The loss per share stood at SAR 0.35 in January-December 2025, versus earnings per share (EPS) of SAR 1.38 a year earlier, according to the financial results.
Meanwhile, the revenues decreased by 7.27% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 867 million by the end of December 2025 from SAR 935 million.
Cash Dividends
The company’s board members recommended cash dividends worth SAR 35 million, accounting for 2.50% of its SAR 1.40 billion capital, for the second half (H2) of 2025.
The Saudi company will disburse SAR 0.25 per share for 140 million eligible shares.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates will be announced later.
It is worth noting that the company earlier unveiled SAR 35 million dividends for H1-25, which brings the total dividend payout for 2025 to SAR 70 million.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Southern Province Cement generated an annual drop of 69.23% in net profit to SAR 44 million, compared with SAR 143 million in 9M-24.
