Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund (SHMFF) approved the budget for fiscal year 2021/2022 at EGP 42 billion.
The Minister of Housing, Assem El-Gazzar, said that those who reserved residential units in a certain governorate or city as part of the social housing project can switch to a different governorate or city, according to a statement on Wednesday.
This will be in case there no available units in the original location they selected or they changed the location of their work, he noted.
