Riyadh – Mubasher: Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) appointed Khalid Al Zamil as the new Chairman of the board for the coming three years.
Meanwhile, Fahad Al Rajhi was named as the board’s Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.
The two officials assumed their roles for the current board term that commenced on 10 December 2022 and will remain in position until 9 December 2025.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the Tadawul-listed firm generated net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 3.11 billion, higher by 37.23% than SAR 2.27 billion in 9M-21.
Revenues hiked by 23.80% to SAR 8.54 billion in 9M-22 from SAR 6.89 billion in 9M-21, while the earnings per share (EPS) rose to SAR 4.30 from SAR 3.12.
