Cairo - Mubasher: The net profits of Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals (Sidpec) hiked by 1,957.69% to EGP 535 million in 2021, compared to EGP 26 million in the earlier year, according to the company's unaudited financials.
The company recorded a 48.08% rise in revenues to EGP 5.13 billion in 2021 from EGP 3.46 billion in 2020.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first half (H1) of 2021, Sidpec turned to net profits of EGP 283 million, versus net losses of EGP 28 million in H1-20.
