Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that a private transaction valued at KWD 1 million was executed on the shares of Shuaiba Industrial on Wednesday.
The transactions included a total of 5 million shares at a value of KWD 0.200 each, according to a disclosure on Wednesday.
It is noteworthy that Shuaiba Industrial has a capital of KWD 10.07 million distributed on 100.7 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
It is noteworthy that private transactions do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, nor the sector indices.
