Shareholder raises stake in Taaleem for EGP 3.45/shr

Cairo – Mubasher: Shareholder Mohamed Tarek Mohamed Mohamed Ismail has raised his ownership in Taaleem Management Services to 5.03% from 1.73%.

The shareholder purchased 4.81 million shares at a total value of EGP 16.61 million or an average share price of EGP 3.45, according to a bourse statement on Monday.

Commercial International Brokerage Company (CIBC) acted as a broker in the transaction.

During fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, Taaleem achieved EGP 230.19 million in net earnings, up from EGP 185.31 million in FY20/21, including minority shareholders’ rights.

The company’s revenues during the twelve-month period ended 31 August 2022 grew to EGP 617.85 million, compared to EGP 602.13 million a year earlier.
