Shareholder cuts stake in First Investment for EGP 1m

Cairo – Mubasher: Shareholder Maher Anwar Mohamed Ibrahim has reduced his stake in First Investment and Real Estate Development to 3.71% from 8.83%.

Hence, the shareholder sold 352,000 of his shares in First Investment. The total value of the transaction amounts to EGP 1.16 million, equivalent to an average price of EGP 3.30 per share, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

Honest Brokerage & Book-Keeping and Cairo Capital Securities acted as brokers in the transaction.

It is worth noting that in the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, the EGX-listed firm reported a net profit of EGP 1.20 million, a hike from EGP 20,780 in the year-ago period.
