Riyadh — Mubasher: Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company has been awarded a contract valued at SAR 16.55 million by Aseer Health Cluster on 14 October 2026.
Under the terms of the agreement, the company will provide maintenance and repair services for medical devices and equipment, according to a bourse filing.
The tender covers three healthcare facilities in Aseer region, namely Balahmar General Hospital, Al Harjah General Hospital, and Al Madha General Hospital.
The contract spans a duration of five years, with the financial impact of the project expected to begin appearing in the financial results starting from the second quarter (Q2) of 2027.
Scientific & Medical Equipment House stated that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
A formal announcement regarding the contract signing will be made once the procedures are completed and a signed copy is received from both parties.
