Riyadh — Mubasher: Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company entered into a catering services contract with the General Directorate of Health Services which operates under Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Defense, according to a bourse filing.
The agreement is valued at SAR 127.66 million, including value-added tax, and covers the provision of nutrition and catering services for Armed Forces hospitals in the Western Region.
Scientific & Medical Equipment House officially received the signed copy of the agreement on 15 October 2026, following an initial award notification announced on 17 August 2026.
Meanwhile, the contract spans a duration of three years and includes Prince Sultan Armed Forces Hospital in Medina, King Salman Armed Forces Hospital in the Northwestern Region (Tabuk), and King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital in Jeddah.
The financial impact of this project is expected to reflect in the company’s income statements’ results starting from the second quarter (Q2) of 2027.
Scientific & Medical Equipment House further noted that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
