Riyadh — Mubasher: Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company was awarded a medical equipment maintenance contract with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University valued at SAR 49.99 million.
The award, which was finalized on 12 October 2026, covers comprehensive maintenance services for several key facilities within the university complex.
Under the terms of the agreement, the company will provide maintenance for medical devices at King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital, dental clinics, the simulation center, and the research center. The project has a specified duration of three years.
The company expects the financial impact of this contract to begin appearing in its financial results starting from the first quarter (Q1) of 2027.
Scientific & Medical Equipment House confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
A formal contract signing will be announced following the completion of administrative procedures and the receipt of a fully executed copy from both parties.
At the end of June 2026, the company’s sales fell by 18.26% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 404 million from SAR 494.30 million.
