Riyadh — Mubasher: Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company has announced the successful award of a significant maintenance project with the Eastern Health Cluster, a subsidiary of the Health Holding Company.
The contract, valued at approximately SAR 23.69 million inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), focuses on the upkeep and repair of critical medical infrastructure at King Fahd Specialist Hospital in Dammam.
This development underscores the company’s ongoing role in supporting the Kingdom’s healthcare transformation and its specialized focus on large-scale medical facility management.
Under the terms of the award, the listed company will provide these technical services for a duration of 12 months. The operational period is scheduled to commence immediately following the formal handover of the site to the company’s technical teams.
From a financial reporting perspective, the company anticipates that the revenue generated from this contract will begin to manifest in its financial statements during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
This timeline aligns with the expected commencement of operations following the administrative and site handover procedures.
At the end of June 2026, the company’s sales fell by 18.26% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 404 million from SAR 494.30 million.
