Riyadh – Mubasher: Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company has appointed its board leadership and the formation of several internal committees following a board resolution passed on 1 August 2026.
These appointments coincide with the start of the new board session which commenced on 31 July 2026 and is scheduled to conclude on 30 July 2030.
The board approved the appointment of non-executive member Basil bin Saud bin Mohammed Al Arifi as Chairman.
Bandar bin Saud bin Mohammed Al Arifi, also a non-executive member, was named Vice Chairman.
Additionally, the company appointed Faisal bin Hawas bin Farhan Al Atawi as Managing Director and Ali Mohammed Ali Sagheer as Board Secretary.
The company further confirmed the formation of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, chaired by independent member Abdulaziz bin Suleiman Al Obaid. Other committee members include Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Hogail and Bashir bin Saud Al Arifi.
Scientific and Medical Equipment House stated that the composition of the Audit Committee would be disclosed in a separate announcement at a later date.
These leadership changes follow the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 27 July 2026, where shareholders elected the board for the current four-year cycle.
