Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Justice has received 11,580 property e-conveyance applications through its Najiz portal since its launch in late March 2020.
The total value of the property e-conveyance deals surpassed SAR 1 billion, according to an official statement on Wednesday.
The e-service was introduced by the justice ministry through a secure system to enable beneficiaries to sell a property and transfer its ownership digitally without a need to see a notary.
