Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Sunday’s trading session with a negative performance, for the third session in a row, while the secondary market kept unchanged from the prior session.
By 10:30 am KSA time, the main Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) plunged 35.64 points, or 0.46%, to 7,652.112 points.
TASI’s traded volume reached 15.16 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 279.2 million through 12,000 transactions.
The real estate sector topped TASI’s losers falling 1.23%, followed by the banking and basic material sectors, which decreased by 0.5% and 0.48%, respectively.
Meanwhile, the media sector headed the bourse’s gainers adding 1.24%, followed by a 0.08% increase in the telecommunication sector.
On the other hand, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained unchanged at 2,567.24 points.
