Saudi Steel Pipe reveals SAR 93m agreement with Aramco

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Steel Pipe Company has secured a contract with Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) for the supply of oil and gas steel pipes valued at approximately SAR 92.70 million.

The agreement, which was officially signed on 22 July 2026, involves the provision of specialized piping infrastructure to the state energy producer.

According to the regulatory disclosure, the duration of the contract is scheduled for a period of up to 10 months.

The company expects the financial results of this transaction to be reflected in its financial statements during the first half (H1) of 2027.

Saudi Steel Pipe further confirmed that the deal does not involve any related parties. This latest award underscores the company's ongoing role as a supplier to the Kingdom’s energy sector.

On 31 May, the two companies signed a SAR 65 million contract to supply oil and gas steel pipes for 12 months.
