Saudi Printing turns profitable at over SAR 7m in Q1-26, unveils accumulated losses

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Printing and Packaging Company shifted to net profits worth SAR 7.21 million during the first quarter (Q1) of 2026.

The positive results were against net losses of SAR 24.40 million in the January-March 2025 period, according to the income statements.

The earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 0.11 in Q1-26, versus a loss per share of SAR 0.41 in Q1-25.

Saudi Printing recorded revenue that hit SAR 91.82 million in Q1-26, signaling a plummet of 38.78% from SAR 150 million in Q1-26.

The company elaborated that the annual decline in revenue resulted from lower sales from printing and packaging segments, which revenues were impacted by market changes and resulted in reduction in business volume across both segments.

On a quarterly basis, the company turned profitable in Q1-26 from net losses worth SARR 171.26 million in Q4-25, while the revenue shrank by 10.86% from SAR 10.86 million.

As of 31 March 2026, the accumulated losses of Saudi Printing reached SAR 583.10 million, accounting for 89.42% of the SAR 600 million capital.

The amount, meanwhile, decreased from the SAR 590.30 million accumulated losses that were registered as of 31 December 2025.

In 2025, Saudi Printing incurred net losses worth SAR 267.34 million, while its net revenue hit SAR 572.96 million.
