Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Saudi Parts Center Company has approved to establish a wholly-owned limited liability subsidiary company with a capital of SAR 100,000.
Based in Riyadh, the new company will specialise in manufacturing and remanufacturing spare parts, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
This step is in line with the company’s strategic direction to enter the manufacturing field.
