Saudi Ground Services’ losses shrink 22% in H1-22 interim results

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Ground Services Company registered net losses after Zakat and tax worth SAR 85.86 million during the first half (H1) of 2022, down 21.84% from SAR 109.85 million in H1-21.

The listed firm generated revenues of SAR 920.50 million in H1-22, up 23.10% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 747.77 million, according to the initial income statements.

The loss per share decreased to SAR 0.46 in January-June 2022, versus SAR 0.58 in the year-ago period.

During the second quarter (Q2) of 2022, the company’s net losses after Zakat and tax fell by 28.24% to SAR 66.85 million, compared to SAR 93.16 million in Q2-21.

The revenues jumped by 32.25% YoY to SAR 495.70 million in Q2-22 from SAR 374.82 million.

In the first three months (3M) of 2022, Saudi Ground Services incurred net losses after Zakat and tax worth SAR 19.01 million, an annual surge of 13.91% from SAR 16.69 million.
