Saudi German Health’s shareholders approve SAR 46m cash dividends for 2025

Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) approved a cash dividend distribution totaling SAR 46.02 million for 2025.

The payout, sanctioned during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on 7 July 2026, represents SAR 0.50 per share, or 5% of the nominal share value.

The meeting, which recorded a 70.19% attendance rate, established 7 July 2026 as the eligibility date for shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center. The company confirmed that dividend payments are scheduled to commence on 23 July 2026.

Shareholders also elected a new board of directors for a four-year term beginning 8 July 2026 and ending 7 July 2030.

Furthermore, the assembly approved the appointment of Dr. Mohamed Al Amri & Co. as the company auditor to review financial statements for the remainder of 2026 and the first quarter (Q1) of 2027 for a total fee of SAR 980,000.

Other approved items included the disbursement of SAR 1.36 million in board remuneration for the 2025 fiscal year and the discharge of board members from liability for the same period.
