Riyadh – Mubasher: Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) registered net profits worth SAR 301.88 million in 2025, reflecting a 7.05% annual increase from SAR 282 million in 2024.
The earnings per share (EPS) rose to SAR 3.28 in 2025 from SAR 3.06 in 2024, according to the financial results.
Saudi German Health delivered a 7.62% surge in revenue to SAR 3.10 billion in 2025 when compared to SAR 2.88 billion in the previous year.
Dividends Recommendation
The board of the medical company proposed a distribution of SAR 46.02 million as cash dividends for 2025.
A dividend of SAR 0.50 per share, equivalent to 5% of the share par value, will be disbursed for 92.04 million eligible shares.
The company, however, will announce the eligibility and distribution dates at a later time.
It is worth noting that in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Saudi German Health registered net profits of SAR 264.09 million and revenue of SAR 2.29 billion.
