Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) approved the appointment of Yousef Abdulrahman Al Zamee as an external member of the audit committee during a meeting held on 28 July 2026.
The appointment is effective from 29 July 2026 and will continue until the end of the current board term on 7 July 2030.
Al-Zamee brings over 20 years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, and financial institution supervision. He currently serves as the Chief Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity Officer at Torid Funding Solutions.
His professional background includes several leadership roles at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) focusing on listed company governance, disclosure, and financial institution oversight. He also previously worked in credit auditing at Al Rajhi Bank.
Al Zamee holds a Master’s degree in Investment from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, specializing in accounting, from Qassim University.
He also possesses various professional certifications in investment, compliance, and risk management.
