Saudi German Health appoints new audit committee for 4-year term

Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) approved the formation of a new audit committee during a meeting held on 21 July 2026.

The committee’s four-year term commences on 22 July 2026 and is scheduled to conclude on 7 July 2030, coinciding with the start of the new board session.

The committee is chaired by Mater Saud Hatlan Al Anzi, an independent board member with over 20 years of experience in finance and investment.

The membership includes independent board member Osama Sadek Abdul Rahman Tayeb, alongside two external experts: Khalid Mohammed Ali Al Harfi, who brings over 10 years of auditing experience, and Atef Mustafa Ghulam Khan, who possesses over 14 years of expertise in financial reporting and accounting.

The appointments follow the conclusion of the previous board cycle. The new committee members will oversee the company’s internal controls, financial reporting, and risk management frameworks throughout their tenure.

Saudi German Health, which operates under the Saudi German Health brand, confirmed the appointments are effective immediately.
